·      Users must opt-in to receive SMS messages.

·      Transactional messages (verification, alerts) do not require marketing consent.

2.        Types of Messages

·      Transactional: login codes, account alerts, system notifications.

·      Marketing / Promotional: special offers, updates (with consent).

3.        Frequency & Cost

·      Message frequency may vary. Carrier fees may apply.

4.        Opt-Out / STOP / HELP

·      Reply “STOP” to cancel marketing SMS.

·      Reply “HELP” for assistance.

·      Transactional messages cannot be opted out without closing account.

5.        Privacy & Security

·      Phone numbers are used only for messaging purposes and are protected under the Privacy Policy.

6.        Compliance

·      Complies with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA guidelines.

7.        Changes

·      Material changes will be communicated in-app or via SMS.
